Biography

          I am from Beijing, China.  I  spent 2 years to get my M.Sc in Telecommunication in HUT (Helsinki University of Technology) in January 2002. I got my B.Sc. in wireless Communication, BUPT (Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunication) in 1988 .
          I joined  PTIC (China National Posts and Telecommunication Industry Corp.) in 1989, where I was responsible for  Radio Network Planning as an engineer for those engineering until July 2000.
         The appropriate investment in the commercial communication network is another important factor in addition technically optimizing the  network. During 1994-1999, I was also responsible for the research of the economical feasibility in communication engineering and managing a team work with 10 people at same time working on radio network planning.
        I joined  Communications Laboratory of HUT since November 2000 as a researcher.  I am responsible for  responsible for the simulation of wireless access network, and integrating the advantage technology in signal processing into transmitter/receiver in Access Network Research Group(ANRG).
