PERSONNEL

Maria is a researcher, who has worked in our research group since Spring 1998. Her main interests are open and distance education and user centered design also in the view of disabled and elderly people. Maria is currently on maternity leave.

Raila is a researcher with a Master's degree in Educational Sciences. Raila has studied also organizational management, social psychology and marketing. She has focused on user centred design and on usability with emphasis on collaborative learning environments and telecommunication services. Raila is currently on maternity leave.

Johanna is a researcher with a Master's Degree of Adult Educational
Sciences and has been working in the research team since Spring 2000.
Her interests lie in computer-based learning environments and usability from a learning viewpoint. She is also working for the WomEqual-project. Johanna is currently on maternity leave.

Kirsti is a researcher with a Master's Degree of Adult Educational Sciences and has been working in the research team since January 2004. Currently Kirsti is on maternity leave.

Juha is a communications engineering student and his major is User-Centered Design of Telecommunication Services. Juha is working in HFT-group as a research assistant in WomEqual-project and as a course assistant for S-72.1510 course. Maria is a communications engineering student and her major is User-Centered Design in Telecommunication services. Maria is working in HFT-group as a reseach assistant and as a course assistant. Currently Maria is in student exchange in Tokyo.
