Explore how the effective (net) data transfer rate is affected by the
length L of the data frame while the bit error probability pe
remains constant. Besides the data to be transferred there is a heading
of a fixed lenghth of l0 bits in the frame. In case of a transmission
error the frames that contain errors are each resent separetely on request
and no other frames are sent again (selective repeat). We assume that there
is always something to be sent, i.e. the output buffer is never empty.
