    Course Brochure



    The course The Learning Information Society is meant for all students (undergraduate and graduate) and staff at HUT who are interested in learning and education and supporting it with telematic appliances. The are no prerequisites. The course is especially suitable for graduate students working with teaching.

    Contents

    • What is a learning information society?
    • How does a person learn and how can learning be supported?
    • What kinds of networked learning environments exist, how have they been developed and how are they utilized?
    • Data security and copyrights from the viewpoint of network-based learning and teaching.
    • What is a learning organization?
