Case 3: Driving

A transport company wants to improve the utilization rate of its vehicles. They intend to install computers to their vehicles. The computers come with a client program that communicates with a server program installed to a computer at the company headquarters, delivering messages about new tasks, location of the vehicle etc. An existing, reliable transport level communications service is used to deliver messages between the programs. Sketch some typical application-related messages, including the most important parameters, that might be passed between the client and server programs. Given time, make a rough sketch of the application programs to see, how the telecommunications routines fit in the whole.
