PTDS&trade - optical simulator

Optical component, system and network designers use the photonic tranmsission design suite (PTDS™) to devise and assess new technologies in a fraction of the time taken to conduct field trials. 

Apart from assisting in the design of various units shown in Figure 1, the PTDS™ simulator can be used to analyse temperature drifts, bandwidth restrictions, multiplexer dispersion, and other manufacturing tolerances. 

By using PTDS™ experts can capture their know-how for distribution and application company wide, thereby standardizing design synthesis and analysis.
